Note Camp 6.0 Investor Panel

This week I had the pleasure of participating on a note investor panel at Note Camp 6.0. If you weren’t able to attend, Note Camp is a 4-day virtual training event put on by Scott Carson. On day 1 and day 3 I took part in a panel with Cody Cox, Gail Greenberg, Chris Seveney, Laura Blunk and Bill Griesmer. We discussed things like how we got started in notes, things we have struggled with, marketing ideas that have worked well, and other tools for running a successful note business. You can watch the replays by clicking on the images here:

Note Buying Updates

Last week I was able to get 6 bids accepted and it looks like I will be able to close on 5 of the assets. The exits on these will be a mixed bag with some very likely to re-perform, and others where I will definitely end up with the properties. The one that I can’t close on was listed by the seller as “owner occupied”. It turned out to be vacant and pretty wrecked. The BPO value came back at $11,000. Lol…

I’m also starting to see an uptick in seller activity as we near the end of the year. I will likely pick up another group of 5-6 assets sometime in December. If you are interested in learning more about these deals and possibly participating, you can sign up for my Preferred Investor List here:
