One the most common questions that new note investors ask on the Bigger Pockets forums and note-related Facebook groups are where they can buy mortgage notes. This past week I was at a local note meetup in Denver and this question came up again, so I created this video that provides newer investors with some places they can go to find notes.

Acquisition Updates

This Friday I will close on 4 new notes. One of them is a non-performer, and the other 3 are performers. I already have a JV partner for the non-performer, so I won’t have any JV opportunities available for these. I have one tape I plan to put some bids in on, and should receive another tape this week, so I hope to have some new JV opportunities soon.
