This weekend I had the pleasure of spending time with and learning from 30+ experienced note investors:
This Mastermind consists of note investors who have completed Scott Carson’s Fast Track training. We met at the Westin in Cape Coral Florida and spent 3 days talking about notes, sharing our experiences, picking Scott’s brain, and learning a ton. My top takeaways were:
- My initial due diligence process was more elaborate than it needed to be. Going forward my process will be more streamlined and efficient.
- I need to get more bids out there. I had been concerned about how to fund deals if I got too many bids accepted, but based on some things I learned this weekend I’m no longer concerned about that.
- There were a ton of other great ideas that I will be putting into action that I can’t share. But they should lead to more assets coming my way in the next few months.
Best of all I got to enjoy spending some quality time with my wife and hanging out in Florida. I grew up in Florida so it was nice to come back and play tourist for a couple of days. I also got recognized for some of the progress I have made in the notes business:
