This week I was a guest on Scott Carson’s Note Closers Show podcast. It was a blast and some of things we talked about included: how I became interested in notes, my experiences in note investing so far, raising capital, due diligence, and several other topics. He also challenged me to 100 notes next year. That’s a lot more than I had been expecting to do next year, but its definitely possible and has me thinking about what I need to do to make that happen….
I wrapped it up with some final thoughts on note investing. I pointed out that note investing is not rocket science. Its a definitely a lot of work. There are a lot of details that need to be understood. But at the end of the day there are no real barriers to entry, and anyone who is willing to put in the work can do it.
